Network CN Inc Continues Geographic Expansion Announces Pursuit of Outdoor Advertising Business in Wuhan, China

NEW YORK, March 7, 2007 (PR Newswire) — Network CN Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NWCN), a Chinese travel and media network company headquartered in Hong Kong, today announced that it has entered into a business cooperation agreement with Wuhan Xin An Technology Development Company Limited, a company incorporated in China to manage and operate 120 roadside LED video panels (1.8 meters x 1.7 meters) and two mega-sized (200 square meters) digital video billboards in the city of Wuhan, China. The agreement was signed between Wuhan Xin An Technology and Network CN’s subsidiary, Shanghai Quo Advertising Company Limited (‘Quo’). Under the terms of the cooperation agreement, the two companies may pursue the right to install and operate the outdoor panels for an eight year period.

Godfrey Hui, Chief Executive Officer of Network CN stated, “Today’s announcement confirms our continued geographic expansion.  Wuhan is a city of eight million people and nicely complements our entrance to the outdoor media space in Shanghai and Nanjing.”

The Company anticipates that it will complete the installation of all 120 LED panels by the end of September 2007 and that it will begin to generate advertising and other revenues from installed panels during the second half of 2007.
