The Company also announced today the appointment of Mr. James Lin as Sales Director. Prior to his appointment, James held various leadership positions for nearly 22 years in media companies in China and Hong Kong. Recently he served as Accounts Director in Era Media Company, a Hong Kong based media company.

Network CN Inc. Signs Cross Selling Agreement with Ulpha Group Limited

The Company and Ulpha Group Limited (“Ulpha”) have signed the Cross Selling Agreement to cross sell each other’s products. Ulpha is a media advertising company in Macau and has built up strong networks with various media includes billboards, transport and prints, etc.

Ulpha has the exclusive rights to operate various types of media including advertising panels/billboard, bus & taxi advertisements, advertising spaces at Macau Ferry Terminal, five routes of China Railway High-Speed, Zhuhai newspapers and Macau newspapers & magazines. The advertising panels/billboards in Macau which are located at the prime locations in both Macau and Taipa. New Era Bus is one of the main public transportation in Macau provides over 28 routes covering the most populated areas. Macau Ferry Terminal is one of the most important travel hub in Macau. The five routes of China Railway High-Speed cover most of major Mainland cities.
